He holds a master’s degree in counseling, testing, and personnel and a doctorate in management and finance with an emphasis in continuous quality improvement programs.
Today, the acronym SPORTS simplifies AMR’s comprehensive capabilities: Special Projects, Outplacement, Research, Testing & Training and Surveys.
The company designs and develops Special Projects for companies needing expertise in mergers, acquisitions, compensation and benefit programs, reorganization, team development, departmental analysis, budget planning, management information systems, strategic planning, feasibility studies, client development, financial analysis, and needs assessment. The company forms special project teams to deliver personalized consulting to its clients.
AMR’s outplacement capabilities are utilized by organizations and individuals undergoing the transition of mergers, staff downsizing, or reorganization to meet current demands. Our Outplacement services include individual counseling, workshops, seminars, resume workshops, a combination that meets the client’s needs and budget. In helping individuals through the difficult transition to a new position or career, AMR provides support, education, and consultation.
The scope of Research AMR provides for clients has included cost-containment studies, reviewing an organization’s financial status, conducting training needs assessments or market research analyses, and determining the perceptions of a client’s industry.
