For 33 years, Dr. Olney has demonstrated his knowledge, expertise, and vision with outplacement, career and organizational development, business consulting, growth and change, interpersonal dynamics, and quality in a wide variety of organizations.

Dr. Gary Olney received his bachelor’s degree in education and his master’s in counseling from Drake University. His doctorate is in Administration and Management from Iowa State University.
Gary’s postdoctoral work is at Harvard in Advanced Management, George Washington University in Advanced Policy Development, and the University of Iowa in Administrative Law.
Gary owns AMR, a management consulting firm. In addition, he has held positions in education as a teacher, Vice Principal, Principal, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Associate State Superintendent, and Vice President of Business & Finance at Drake University.
Dr. Olney has authored professional and proprietary research studies and surveys as well as strategic plans, reports, and numerous publications.
